Booking details cannot be edited once submitted online. Please contact our reception staff immediately for any corrections or concerns.

Valid identification is required for:

No. All reservations are subject to review. Once submitted, your booking will be marked as pending until it has been verified by our receptionist.

Mariners Safehouse is a dormitory facility that provides safe, affordable, and temporary accommodation for seafarers within Manila. Our rooms are designed to offer convenient short-term or long-term lodging for maritime professionals awaiting deployment, processing documents, or resting between assignments.

Policies

Yes, walk-in reservations are accepted subject to room availability. However, online booking is recommended to secure your preferred schedule.

Emergency contact information is mandatory to ensure guest safety and allow the dormitory to respond appropriately in case of medical or safety-related incidents.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and stay at the dormitory.

Please notify the dormitory reception as early as possible if you wish to cancel your booking to allow availability for other guests.
